Angel Bay is a New Zealand brand that started in 1997 in Otago, producing burger patties for customers across the Pacific. Brought to consumers by ANZCO Foods, the brand produces New Zealand beef and lamb patties from its factory in Green Island, Dunedin. Angel Bay pioneered partially cooked patties that can be prepared from frozen to the table in minutes. With more than 20 years of experience taking its products to markets around the world, Angel Bay continues to offer beef and lamb patties.
