Alba Cheese

Alba Cheese is an Australian family-owned cheese producer with Italian roots. Its story began nearly 70 years ago in Sortino, Italy, where Luciano Bongiorno taught his sons, Mario and Gaetano, the traditional family techniques for making Italian cheese. When the brothers came to Australia in the 1960s, they brought these recipes and cheesemaking traditions with them. They later established Alba Cheese, continuing to make cheese using traditional Italian methods while maintaining their commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
