Olsson's

Olsson’s is an Australian family business with a history dating back to 1888, when Olaus Olsson opened his first grocery store in Parramatta, NSW. The family later moved into salt production, purchasing its first salt works in South Australia in 1957.

Over the years, Olsson’s expanded its salt production and developed products including sea salt flakes, macrobiotic sea salt, Black Truffle Salt and Smoked Salt. Today, the family continues the Olsson’s tradition, with the business also introducing Olsson’s Ocean Therapy, a by-product of its salt production.
