MONIN was founded in 1912 by Georges Monin in Bourges, France. Inspired by his passion for flavor, Georges began experimenting with fresh fruits and developing liquid flavorings for beverages. After years of experimentation, he created flavored cordials that met his standards and began selling them across France. The company continued to develop a wide range of flavors and syrups. Today, the third generation of the Monin family continues the tradition of crafting flavors. MONIN’s products are now available in more than 140 countries.
